Lisa!! Love the website!
I’ve been toying with the idea of a mortgage for a while now, but California home prices are WAAAAAAY to high for me. If I make $65K a year, but have a house-hold income of $110K….what home prices should I be investigating? What are my options if I don’t have a substantial down payment? (Am I hurting myself if I can’t put down 20% up front?)
