Once I receive your documents I will fill out the application for you and secure email to you

  1. 2016 & 2017 1040 (All Schedules) Fed Tax Return 1065’s &/or 1120’s | SELF EMPLOYED
  2. 2016 and 2017 W2’s if applicable
  3. Pay Stubs most Recent Consecutive 30 days
  4. HR Contact Information to verify employment
  5. IF using NEED a 1 time  Salary Key needs to be generated for 1 Time Access
  6. Social Security Award Letter
  7. Bank Statements most recent consecutive 60 days, all pages (front and back)
  8. Mortgage Statement – 2nd Mortgage Statement if applicable for ALL Properties
  9. Property Tax Statement (most recent)
  10. Hazard Insurance statement showing agent’s name, contact information, policy number
  11. HOA Statement (if applicable)
  12. Scanned Copy of your Driver’s License (s)
  13. Rental/Lease Agreements if applicable
  14. Complete copy of Divorce of Divorce Decree All Pages if applicable (paying child support or alimony include that too)
